As wildfire evacuees from Jasper, Alta., make their way into B.C., communities remain on high alert due to wildfires burning in the province. There are 365 active fires burning in B.C. with four wildfires of note, posing a threat to communities and 206 fires are considered out of control. Hundreds of families are still out of their homes and hoping for the best due to two huge fires along the Highway 1 and Highway 97 corridor.
