Actually, the CPC dropped 3 candidates yesterday

Near midnight, the Conservative Party confirmed that real estate agent Lourence Singh was no longer the party's candidate in New Westminster—Burnaby—Maillardville. The party gave no reason why but these 10-year-old tweets might give a clue. These are just a smattering of them. There's lots more juvenile sexist tweets if you care to go through his timeline. In the seven federal campaigns I've covered, I cannot recall any party dropping three candidates in one day. -DA
