In Northern Ontario, peril for Liberals, opportunity for Conservatives, NDP
Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre begann a week-long tour Monday in northern Ontario as his party looks to pick up seats at the expense of dominant Liberals. Ottawa City Hall: Coun. Matthew Luloff charged with impaired driving
Last November, the Conservative Party of Canada announced Luloff would be the candidate in the riding of Orléans in the next federal election. The Conservative Party tells CTV News Ottawa that Luloff resigned his candidacy on July 10 "due to a personal matter."

He said in the wake of the vote that his team observed overwhelming success in voting tallies.
