While 6.1% of all businesses have made use of AI in producing goods and delivering services over the last 12 months, AI uptake varies by industry. The industries in which businesses were most likely to have used AI in producing goods or delivering services were information and cultural industries (20.9%); professional, scientific and technical services (13.7%); and finance and insurance (10.9%)
